Ecosave Australia & NZ rebrands to 3E Group following investment from impact investors
In late June, it was announced that Ecosave received investment from Palisade Impact and John Clifford.
The investment will enable Ecosave to strengthen it’s position as a leading Net Zero solutions company to assist organisations achieve their sustainability objectives, as the company scales for growth and capitalises on immediate and long-term market opportunities.
The transaction marked a watershed moment in the company’s history. Ecosave recently celebrated its 20th year of operation and with the completion of the transaction, the company is now poised for significant growth over the next 20 years.
Over the coming weeks and months, Ecosave will fully transition to a new name ‘3E Group‘ and operate under new 3E Group branding, thereby ending the Ecosave branding licensing agreement in place since 2017.
The change of company name and rebranding to 3E Group is a strategic move by the leadership team as they initiate long-held plans to scale for growth following strong support from investors.
“The meaning behind 3E Group is based on three pillars of our core expertise around Energy, Emissions and Efficiency and how we integrate various solutions to maximise energy efficiency and reduce emissions in pursuit of achieving our clients’ sustainability targets.” said Robin Archibald, Group Managing Director.
Robin also explained that while a new company name and branding is imminent, there will be no change to company management, with existing operational structures to remain in place to maintain the company’s core focus and values.
“While our name will change, our passion and core focus remains the same. We’re committed to partnering with organisations to deliver on their net zero commitments and achieve their sustainability goals.” – Robin Archibald
3E group branding will be launched in early September including a new website, 3egroup.com.au.
